I just put together an album of my favorite images to use as chromecast backgrounds. Does anyone know if there's a way to share my album for other folks to use if they'd like?
Here's the album: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I'm not at home now so I can't check (and the album isn't opening for me), but I think your Chromecast backdrop has to come from your own Google+ albums.

I requested access but I've no idea how to use it on Chromecast.

I thought so too, but with all the share features built into G+ I feel like there must be a way to access a shared album for chromecast use.

I'd love to get into Photography but I feel I lack the artistic vision and knowledge of the field and at the moment don't have the time nor cash to get into it with decent equipment. These are great man, I've bookmarked the link for future reference, when we figure out how to use the album on backdrop.

Photography is really fun, but not cheap to get into. I started shooting with a sort of high-end point and shoot last year, Samsung NX300, great starter camera to kind of learn how things work with. Now using a Sony A7. Thanks!

Chromecast is fun to use. Works very well with Youtube off of my tablet. I wish the cast screen function would work a little better but it does work. I like watching Amazon Instant on my projector using Chromecast from my Nexus 7 but the chromecast likes to freeze up and crash every half hour or so. Plus it keeps my screen on which eats battery, but that is less of a concern. I think all of my concerns would go away if Amazon would make a chromecastable android app for their stuff.

Yeah I've found the "cast this tab" feature to be a bit slow, not good enough for streaming video, but that might just be my shitty internet.

This is a great idea. I gotta get around to doing this soon.
